Welcome to my curated list of everyday favorites—products I actually use and love.
From wellness tools and kitchen essentials to go-to wardrobe staples, these items help me live a more intentional, grounded, and cozy life. I hope they support your journey, too.

Why I love the weighted vest:
My secret weapon for boosting bone density and adding resistance to daily walks. It turns everyday movement into strength training.
Why I love the Oura ring:
It helps me tune into my body’s signals by tracking sleep, readiness, and recovery. The data helps me honor rest when I need it and feel empowered when I’ve got energy to move.
Why I love Orgain Protein Powder:
Clean, plant-based protein + superfoods has no weird aftertaste. It gives my smoothie a creamy texture and keeps me full all morning. Costco has the best price on this.
Why I love Vitamix Blender:
I’ve tried other blenders, but nothing makes frozen fruit and spinach smoother like my Vitamix. It’s the one kitchen gadget I use every single day.
Why I love these tan slides:
These slides go with everything, feel good on my feet, and instantly pull a look together. Perfect for travel, errands, or your favorite pair of jeans. Effortless, but still polished.
Why I love these packing cubes:
They make packing and unpacking a breeze. I use one for tops, bottoms, and one for underthings. Everything stays organized and wrinkle-free—even in a carry-on.
I have used, or am currently using, all the resources listed. I’ve shared only the brands and products I have personal experience with. Many recommendations offer free versions or free trials so you can try them before your buy.
BeYogi provides liability insurance for yoga teachers. Buy a $25 policy as a YTT student the day before you graduate and its good for 364 days even if you’re teaching full time. Same coverage and benefits. Or you can save $20 on a full-time professional policy.
Canva is a graphic design platform with both a free and paid version. I finally upgraded to a paid plan and I have access to so many more features that I’m using Canva almost exclusively now for my design needs.
Styled Stock Society is one of my favorite photo stock sites and many photos on my site come from SSS. They add new pictures twice a month and have hundreds of Canva templates for all your graphic needs.
IvoryMix was my first experience with paid stock photography, and I have no regrets. They have fun images and new ones are uploaded twice a month. As part of the membership you also have access to hundreds of Canva templates and Kayla’s workshops are value-packed.
Tailwind is an official scheduling app for Pinterest and Instagram. Most of the traffic to my website comes from Pinterest, so scheduling is a must for me. Their app is available in both desktop and phone versions. Receive a month free with my affiliate link.
Flodesk is an email service provider with eye-catching templates and user-friendly interface. Best part, their monthly fee stays the same no matter how many email subscribers you have. Receive a one-month free trial, then join at 50% off (reg. $38) when you use my affiliate link.
If you’re creating a WordPress website, you’ll need a hosting service. I’ve used Siteground for six years, and never had a single problem, unlike my previous hosting service. They have three plans and you can sign up for any of them with a discount using my affiliate link.
